Burgundy Twist Front

I love twisted and knotted tops. Whether they’re twisted in the front or back, doesn’t matter. They’re almost always flattering on all body types and cute to boot. I recently wore this burgundy twisted top with a lace trimmed cami, jeans, and floral espadrille flats.

This sweater is really lightweight and thin so it’s perfect for the spring weather before it gets too hot. Obviously, I couldn’t wear it this past week with temps in the 80s and 90s, but the week before when it was normal spring weather it was perfect! This sweater is supposedly reversible (according to the tag), but I haven’t tried wearing it the other way around. I love the look of twisted back tops, but I think this one will look so much better with the twist in the front, simply because the back of the top comes up pretty much to the base of the neck so the neckline would be really high up.

My floral flats are a nice way to add a spring splash to the look and my pink stud earrings are a nice pop of color.
