
Manhattan Clam Chowder
Are you a soup person? One of my favorite soups is manhattan clam chowder. I don’t drink it that often, but when I do I usually get the Campbell’s version. However, a while ago I made it myself and it was pretty easy! I believe the recipe I used was from the Food Network, with a few minor changes. The recipe calls for 5 cups of clam juice or five 8 ounce bottles and 7 cloves of garlic. I cut down on the garlic to 5 cloves and I substituted 2 of the clam juice bottles for chicken broth. It came out so good! Who doesn’t love homemade soup?
