The Unofficial Bridgerton Cookbook: Biscuits

Are you a fan of Bridgerton? I loved the first season and can’t wait for the second season to come out – even if Rege Jean Page aka the Duke of Hastings won’t be in it. I’m still holding out hope that he’ll make a cameo though!

Being a big fan of the show I was really excited when I was sent The Unofficial Bridgerton Cookbook . I was also sent a Bridgerton coloring book!

The cookbook is filled with recipes from the show or inspired by the show such as The Duke’s Gooseberry Pie and Queen Charlotte’s Cakes. I know we’re all about Christmas now, but I actually tried out a recipe from the cookbook on Thanksgiving morning. I made the Beau Monde Biscuits. Pictures below of the process of making these delicious biscuits and I of course had to be extra on Thanksgiving morning and wore my historical romance reader’s club tee and grey tulle skirt for the Bridgerton occasion!

The biscuits were so good, especially with some raspberry jam!

I loved wearing my outfit for this at-home breakfast at my parents’ on Thanksgiving morning. The historical romance reader’s club tee has a pretty print on the back and says “’tis the season because Rakes, Dukes, & Scoundrels”. Perfect tee for a Bridgerton breakfast especially with my tulle skirt!
