Gold Buttons

Dress pants are not the most exciting clothing item. At all. But anyone who has to wear them knows that a nice, new pair is always welcome especially when they are a bit different than what you already have. When I went in to LOFT to spend my birthday certificate in August, I saw these dress pants with gold buttons in a sailor style and I loved them!

For this outfit I paired the gold button pants with a sheer blouse with an apple floral print. I’ve worn it on the blog before (here) and I love it paired with these pants! The apple print is perfect for fall and although these dark colors aren’t typical of fall fashion I think of this outfit as a sort of dressy fall look. Or at least work dressy.
