Cobalt Blue + Palm Frond Print

I’m sharing another bright – or sort of bright – look today to break up all the typical fall colors you’re probably seeing on a daily basis. Don’t get me wrong, fall is my favorite but even I need to change things up every once in a while.

For this look I wanted to wear this tee with a large palm frond print in shades of blue and green. Since it is too cool out to wear just a t-shirt, I paired it with a cobalt blue cardigan. It went well with the watercolor green and blue shades in the palm frond print and was a nice bright color. I wore grey pants and my blue velvet bow slip-ons to finish off the look.

I love the colors in the palm frond. It’s a bit of summer in the fall. Since the print is made to look sort of faded in a vintage style it works for this time of year. Obviously palm prints are typically reserved for summer, but the faded look of it makes it okay in my book for fall.
