Floral Ruffle Henley Shell

When this post goes up, I should be at the airport waiting to board my flight for vacation. As mentioned before, I have a few posts already scheduled for this week and later in the week I will start posting travel content! But feel free to follow me on Instagram Stories to see what I’m up to!

Today, though, I’m sharing this dark floral ruffle henley shell and denim shorts. So last week I had an appointment and thought I should probably look a little less casual for it, but at the same time it was 90 degrees. So I wore this floral sleeveless top which is for sure a little dressier than the average summer tank top, but made it weather appropriate with denim shorts. Lastly, I dressed it back up a bit with my mustard bow mules. Luckily, my appointment wasn’t a formal event, just one that I felt I should look a tiny bit nicer for in this summer heat!

I love how vibrant the peach, pink, green, yellow, and even white look against the dark top. It’s hard to pinpoint the actual color of the base of the top. It’s not quite brown, but not quite grey either. Whatever color it is, it’s gorgeous with the floral print!

I thought the mustard mules were a great pop of color, but tied in with the yellow in the floral print and just brought the whole look together.
