Tie Dye Kimono Top

If you’re following my Instagram Stories then you know I’m in San Francisco! Or at least I should be since I’m writing this ahead of time. Travel posts to begin in a few days, but feel free to follow along on Instagram for now.

Back home in New Jersey, over the weekend, I wore this teal tie dye kimono top. I didn’t wear it exactly like this, but I did wear the top, the light blue lace bralette, and the denim shorts. Here I wore my PalmBeach Jewelry eternity rings and black flatforms. I love how flowy this top is and as you know, tie dye is super on trend right now which I love. This top is so loose and breathable. I wore a light blue lace bralette underneath since it is low cut and I felt perfectly comfortable.

How fun is this top?! The buttons are real too, which I did not realize until I first wore the top.

Like I said earlier, I wore this outfit over the weekend but slightly different. Same top, bralette, and denim shorts (so basically the same), but no rings, flat sandals, and a straw hat because I went to see the hot air balloons take off at a festival and I needed to be comfortable walking in the field, I needed the hat to shade my face from the sun, and I didn’t want to get ring tan lines.

Love this outfit! It was for sure the best outfit I could’ve worn to see the hot air balloons. It was so hot out that evening but I wanted to be somewhat covered up because I had a photoshoot the next day and didn’t want to be burned or have weird tan lines. But the loose, billowy-ness of the top helped keep me as cool as possible and allowed the air to move through – especially with only having a bralette on underneath and the large arm holes of the kimono top!

Love the color of this tie dye and so happy I bought it!
