Estée Lauder -Revitalizing Supreme Global Anti-Aging Créme
Yes, this moisturizer is called “créme” because we’re fancy. Just kidding, I’m not that fancy, but Estée Lauder is a high end brand so let’s pretend! Plus, the price tag on this créme will make you feel fancy. I was lucky enough to be sent a sample size to try out and I’ve been using it for a week now to see if I thought it was worth the price of a full size ($55 for 1 oz. and $85 for 1.7 oz). Keep reading for my thoughts!
First, let’s go over the facts. Here is how the brand describes the moisturizer:
“Featuring an exclusive RevitaKey™ technology with exclusive moringa extract, this silky-soft, deeply-nourishing multi-action cream encourages skin’s natural power to support collagen and elastin. Use it morning and night to unlock your skin’s youth potential and see it spring back.
For thousands of years, the Moringa Plant (often referred to as the “miracle tree”) has been known for its exceptionally nourishing qualities. It contains calcium, potassium, vitamin C, amino acids, and omega 3, and is one of the most powerful anti-aging ingredients.
This product is non-acnegenic and won’t clog pores. “
I really like this moisturizer! It is on the thicker side, but not so thick that you feel like a grease ball or that you’ve slathered something thick on your face. It’s just the right consistency to feel like you’re really moisturizing your skin, but you don’t feel like the product is sitting on your skin. But what I might like the most about this product is the smell. It smells heavenly! How I can best describe the moisturizer is the scent you smell when you open a magazine and they have the perfume samples tucked in on one of the pages inside. That’s what it reminds me of! I personally love that smell, but it may not be for everyone. If you’re sensitive to smells, I only smell it when I initially put it on and then it’s gone.
Would I purchase it full price? I think I would. I feel like a little goes a long way too since it isn’t too thin of a moisturizer. I’ve been using the little sample size for a week already and hardly made a dent in the container so I think it would be worth it!
