
3-Part Self-Care Evening
Since we could all use some self-care these days I thought I’d share what I did a few nights ago for an easy at-home spa night/self-care night. I only did 3 things, but they were so relaxing!
- After washing my face, I did one of my favorite things – used my facial steamer. This lasts for about 10 minutes.
- After the facial steamer was done, I put on a sheet mask. Sheet masks are so cooling and refreshing! I chose the Garnier SkinActive Moisture Bomb sheet mask that evening.
- While I sat in bed to read with my sheet mask on, I got my essential oil diffuser going. My diffuser was a Christmas gift from my bff 2 years ago. I have the doTerra introductory set of oils which includes lavender, lemon, and peppermint, but I usually use the lavender because I absolutely love the smell of lavender.
You know I had to include multiple photos of my diffuser because I love how it changes colors! There are a lot of other colors, but I didn’t want to bore you all with even more photos of it haha.
Anyway, after steaming my face and reading a book with a cooling and hydrating sheet mask on while I could smell the wonderful lavender diffusing through the air was so relaxing and a wonderful way to end my day.
