Totchos
Tater tots, cheese, ranch, bacon – what’s not to love? I’ve been making these totchos for about two years ever since I found the recipe on Pinterest. I follow the recipe whenever I make it and just adjust the amount of ingredients based on how much I’m making. I sometimes use fresh parsley as the recipe calls for, but if I don’t have it on hand, I just use dried. It’s so good!
For this recipe you’ll need:
- tater tots
- sour cream
- ranch dressing
- parsley
- shredded cheese (I usually use cheddar)
- bacon
Bake your tater tots according to package instructions. While they are baking, mix together equal parts sour cream and ranch dressing. I also cook my bacon at this time. When the tater tots are done, spoon the sour cream ranch mixture over top, sprinkle the cheese, parsley, and cut up bacon over top. Put it back in the oven until the cheese is all melted.

This is so easy to make and extremely delicious! I usually eat it with a salad for a really easy dinner. Enjoy!
