One of my favorite appetizers or side dishes to make that is super easy and quick are blistered shishito peppers. You can do this on the stove or grill and all you need is shishito peppers, olive oil, and salt.
All you need to do is toss the peppers with oil and a little salt in a bowl so they’re all coated and then cook in a pan or on the grill, turning every so often until the peppers start to blister. Once they’re blistered to your liking, you can remove them from the heat, sprinkle some more salt on top, and serve!
