At the first of the year I joined the 2021 Annual Challenge on Peloton. The challenge tracks how many minutes you work out using the bike, tread, or app. I don’t have the tread (so I don’t need to worry about the recall if you’re wondering) but I use the bike multiple times a week and use the app for other exercises like yoga, core, etc. The challenge has tiers to break it up by the 1,000. I just passed 2,000 minutes last week!
When I first started the challenge the minutes seemed daunting. I didn’t know how long it would take me to accomplish the tiers. While I don’t think I’ll get anywhere close to the 15,000 minute top tier, I’m feeling motivated to knock out some more tiers!
