Your teeth show your age more than you’d think, and they’re an area you’ll have to put some time and effort into. Usually, that means you’ll just have to brush your teeth a few times a day, and you’ll see more of an impact than you’d think. Even flossing and using mouthwash can help with this.

All you’ll have to do is stay in the shade as much as you can. It shouldn’t take much time or effort to do that. If you need to be in the sun, it’s a matter of using sun protection, and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

You’ll prevent most of the visible signs of aging by doing this. It only takes a few minutes to prevent this, so you’ve no excuse not to.
