Romanticizing My Lunch
I may not live in a fantasy world like many of my beloved books (unfortunately), but I can still romanticize my lunch and pretend our current reality is not real!
I was influenced by my bookstagram friend @hellodarknessdarling to get this gorgeous dreamy mug from Faeble Ceramics and was in the mood for a grilled cheese. On low-carb bread of course since I’m still (and probably forever) on a low carb diet. But I didn’t just make any grilled cheese – we’re romanticizing things, remember? I used a star cookie cutter to make star grilled cheeses to accompany my adorable mug with the clouds, stars, and moon that stick out.

What should I romanticize next?!

Love this! I always think it tastes better if you arrange and plate it beautifully, and treating yourself as though you were a guest you want to impress makes it extra special.
