Dinner at Story Book Dining at Artist Point

In yesterday’s post I briefly mentioned having dinner at Story Book Dining at Artist Point during my vacation in Disney World last week. After seeing a bunch of posts over the past few months about this Snow White dining experience at Fort Wilderness Lodge, my cousin and I wanted to go so we made reservations for the Saturday night that we’d be in town.

The restaurant is all decorated as if you’re in the Enchanted Forest with branches and tree leaves hanging overhead and twinkle lights. The lights flash in different colors whenever characters come in to dance and perform. Snow White makes her rounds as do Dopey and Grumpy. And the Evil Queen is also on hand for photo ops, but you have to get an invitation from her first!

The menu is a prix fix with small, shareable plates for appetizers, your choice of entree, and individual sampler plates of dessert. I got the pork shank for my entree and it was delicious! You also get handmade chocolate hearts from a cool box with dry ice that’s supposed to be the Hunter’s gift to the queen.

Overall, it was a really cool experience and the food was delicious especially my entree!
