September 2026 Favorite Reads

September was a slow reading month for me. I felt like I didn’t have a ton of reading time and also some of the books I read took longer to read than I had anticipated. But, I still came out of the month with a few favorite reads so that’s a success!

I read 8 books in September and of the 8 I had 5 favorites.

My favorites were:

• Lost & Found by Tarah DeWitt
• Into the Blue by Emma Brodie
• Wild Love by Elsie Silver
• Tropesick by Lauren Okie
• Burn Bright by Krista & Becca Ritchie

And of these 5, the one I chose as my top favorite was Tropesick!

There are a few more months left to the year. We’ll see what ends up being my top favorite of 2026! Will it be a book I haven’t read yet or one I read already?
