OOTD: Maxi Dress

For the longest time I didn’t wear maxi dresses. I loved the look and usually the pretty prints they came in, but didn’t think I could successfully pull them off because I’m so short (for reference I’m about 5’1). Last summer I decided to just go for it anyway and I’m so happy I did! Now I can’t get enough of them. Maxi dresses are so easy to wear in the summer. It’s the kind of outfit that can make you look really put together and can be casual or dressed up with accessories, but are definitely effortless. Some stores actually sell maxi dresses in “regular” and “short”, but for some reason “short” still doesn’t seem all that much shorter (at least at Victoria’s Secret)!
