Summer Dinner Party OOTD

This past Friday night I went to a dinner for my friends as sort of a pre-engagement gathering (their engagement party was the next night and I will have my outfit for that up tomorrow 🙂 ). It was casual, mostly a family gathering, and going to be outside. I decided to wear a maxi dress. What I love about this dress is that it looks like 2 pieces and that I styled a tank top with a floral skirt, but it’s actually one piece.

I have this dress in another print, grey on top and a different floral print on the bottom, but I thought black was more appropriate for evening.
