Arrows & Boots

Things have been a little busy and crazy lately, but a fresh look and new boots is just what I needed! If you read my recent fashion inspiration post, I’m trying to have more fun with layers.

I love the arrows on this t-shirt. I think it’s fun and adorable and the colors on it are muted and perfect for fall/winter. The boots are a recent purchase from this past weekend and I love the cognac color. They were on sale too which makes them even better! You know a girl’s your bestie when she texts you at 7am to let you know that Steve Madden is having a huge boot sale, so if you’re reading this right now – thanks for the heads up! And for contributing to my shopping habit!

Overall, this is a pretty tame way to work in layers and not exactly much different from my already existing style. However, I really am trying to mix it up a little more and incorporate boot socks more often which definitely adds to the layered look!
