Seafood Pasta

I don’t know about you, but I tend to eat a lot more seafood in the summer months. The food post I bring to you today is an easy (what else is new) pasta dish with shrimp, scallops, and clams.

First, I pan-seared the shrimp and scallops.

For the sauce, I used garlic and onions (that I first browned), white wine, anchovy paste, and the clam juice from the canned clams.

Next, pour the sauce into the pasta pot and toss. Lastly, add in the seafood.

Finally, plate your seafood pasta and add some parsley for garnish!
