Peplum Moto Jacket

If you’ve been following the sets I put together on Polyvore, or you see the occasional ones I share on here, you may know that I have a thing for moto jackets. I love the look of them and how they hug you as if they are tailored to you. Despite using moto jackets in multiple looks on Polyvore, I didn’t own one myself until very recently. And I mean very recently, like I just bought one within the past month. I saw that a very cute moto jacket was on sale at Macy’s. As soon as I saw it, I knew I needed this blush pink moto jacket in my life pronto.

I love peplum tops so why not a jacket? I think the peplum design gives the illusion of a smaller waist. It also accentuates your shape and in general, I believe,  is very flattering on most people. I’m so glad I just so happened to go on the Macy’s website that evening and found this gem on sale!

Pairing this jacket with the graphic tee turned out great and gave it a more laid-back feel. And in case you’re wondering, my tee says “Tres Chic Tuesday”. These photos were not taken on a Tuesday, nor is it Tuesday today, but it worked for the look I was trying to achieve.
