Polka Dot Baby Doll Top

Okay, I know I’ve been talking a lot about the weather lately – especially on Instagram – but I’m just really longing for fall weather! We’ve had mild falls before but I can’t quite remember the last time we were so far in to October and it still being consistently in the 80s. I want cool, crisp fall weather!

In the meantime, I’m still wearing summer clothes the majority of the time like this polka dot babydoll top and cropped leggings.

This polka dot print on this babydoll top is so cute. I love that the dots are all different sizes and not perfectly round. It almost has a splatter look to it. The buttons and pleats at the front help add some definition to the top amidst this dot print and I love the lace trim. Sometimes babydoll tops can be a little wide and don’t do your figure any favors – which isn’t always bad. Sometimes you want loose, oversized items, but in this case this babydoll top I think is actually really flattering.

What’s great about this top is that once it finally does turn cooler I can still wear it with a long cardigan and longer leggings.
