Green Floral Foil Ruffle Sleeve

It’s my first day of Thanksgiving break and it could not come at a better time! I need the mental break even though I have plenty of work that I could do. I did get a little bit of work done last night so I don’t feel too bad and I’m going to try to get more done this morning so I can relax the rest of the week.

So I know the title of this post is pretty wordy, but I like it. I first saw this top at Kohl’s, in-store, when I was looking for a gift. The beautiful green, peach, and gold floral print caught my eye immediately. But what really made me want this top is that if you look closely (and it’s really hard to see in photos – it doesn’t really catch it but you can see it in person) are the tiny gold foil details in the floral print. They are like a glittery gold, foil detail throughout the print in little spots. I had to have the top, but they didn’t have my size! Then, a few weeks later I got a Kohl’s coupon in the mail so I was browsing and honestly I had almost forgotten about this top until I saw it on the website. They had my size and this green floral foil ruffle sleeve top was mine!

I paired the top with grey pants and my rose gold metallic mules. The mules play off the print and colors of the top. The asymmetrical ruffled sleeves are a fun detail, but honestly I love this print and the colors so much that I would be happy with this top with or without the ruffled sleeves!
