Dragon Noodles
I’m sharing a very easy dish today. I’ve been making this Dragon Noodles recipe since early 2019 when I found it on Pinterest.
You’ll need:
- lo mein noodles (I like to use these flat noodles that my mom gets me from the Asian store)
- butter
- crushed red pepper
- egg
- brown sugar
- soy sauce
- sriracha
- green onion
The original recipe calls for cilantro for garnishing, but if you’ve been following me on here for a while you know how I feel about cilantro!
First, I cook the noodles. They cook very fast so once I drop them in the boiling water, I just keep an eye on them until they’re ready. It should only take a few minutes.
In a small bowl mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha. In a pan, melt better and add in crushed red pepper. Add in a whisked egg and gently stir it around to sort of scramble it and make sure it’s cooked through. When the egg is cooked, turn off the heat and add in the cooked noodles. Pour the sauce you mixed together over the noodles and mix it all together. Sprinkle the green onions over the noodles and you’re done!
Easy to make and so tasty!
