The Unofficial Disney Parks Restaurants Cookbook: Chieftain Chicken Skewers

Adams Media, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, has been kind enough to send me a few different cookbooks over the years. The latest one they sent me is The Unofficial Disney Parks Restaurant Cookbook that just released in September.

The cookbook is filled with recipes that look delicious and over the weekend I tried out their Chieftain Chicken Skewers which can be found in Bengal Barbecue in Disneyland.

The chicken skewers were so good! You’ll have to grab the book for the recipe but I will tell you it is marinated in orange juice concentrate, crushed pineapple, amongst other yummy ingredients and it tasted so good!

I want to try making the bulgogi tacos next time!
