Baked Brie + Book Boyfriends

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas if you celebrate! So funny story – a few days ago I wanted to test out my new oven plus I wanted to do a trial run of this baked brie recipe for when my family did Christmas Eve together. The oven worked great and the brie tasted delicious – and then I was so busy on actual Christmas Eve that I forgot to make it! But, it was so tasty when I did the trial run and I had the idea to do a book boyfriend round up (I believe this is Part 14) at the same time for a Baked Brie + Book Boyfriend post.

I found a easy recipe for this baked brie appetizer on Pinterest, but made a few adjustments. I got a small round of brie, scored it, put some canned cranberries on top, drizzled honey over it, and chopped walnuts. Then, I baked it at 375 for about 10 minutes. The original recipe I found also added orange zest and used pecans instead of walnuts. It also had the brie bake a bit longer, but their piece of cheese was larger so that’s why I did 10 minutes. I served it with crostini and it was so good!

Now for my book boyfriend round up:

Are any of these guys on your book boyfriend list? And more importantly are you a brie fan too?
