Lace Panel Romper

You guys know I love rompers, but the one I’m sharing today just might be my favorite. And that’s saying a lot! I wore it back at the beginning of the summer to a pool day at my friends’ because I thought it would look great not only as a pool coverup but to lounge poolside if I decided not to go in the water or just later on in the night when we’d all be out of the pool and just hanging out.

I didn’t know if I wanted to wear a two piece or one piece that day so I brought both with me. I have a post planned in a few weeks where I round up my beach and pool looks from this summer so you’ll find out then what I wore on this particular day!

But back to this romper. Why is it my favorite? I love this dusky blue color and the lace paneling is everything. Not only is the lace at the shoulders and behind my shoulders leading to a keyhole button closure in the back, but there is a deep v lace panel, which just makes me do a style happy dance. The lace detailing is large enough that it’s not very sheer so it’s not too revealing, but instead looks really pretty and cute with a hint of sexiness. I also have this romper in white (of course I do) so you may see it again before the season’s over.

I’m hoping to get in at least 1 more beach day before I go back to work!
