Berry Colors + Marsala Satchel

A while ago I was looking for a new satchel style bag and came across a marsala colored one at DSW from Anne Klein that I really liked. It’s super roomy so it’s perfect if you have a lot of things to carry around and you still want to look stylish. In this look, I wore a blue button-down top which really minded me of blueberries. The colors of my top and my bag made me think of berry colors, hence the title.

I love the fit of this button-down top. The material is so soft and the back is a bit longer so it offers a loose fitting, flowy feel.

The satchel is so cute and perfect when you’ve got a lot to take with you. I don’t normally carry a lot with me when I’m out, but every once in a while I do have more things than can fit into a smaller bag. On this day I had my wallet, phone, sunglasses, earbuds, and a book inside! Anne Klein has a lion logo and I love that the little gold medallion on the bag features the logo. It’s a really fun detail, in my opinion.

In case any of you are wondering, I styled my hair in about 10 minutes with my beloved Beachwaver ! Overall, I love the way this casual look turned out. I can already see myself getting a lot of use out of this satchel and I think this top will look great with denim or white shorts on a cool summer evening!
