Embellished Mock Layer Sweater

Today I’m sharing my favorite new sweater of the season – this embellished mock layer sweater. I love that it is long enough to wear with leggings, because anything you can wear with leggings is a winner in my book! The mock layer helps with this too. The embellishment at the neckline is so pretty and not too elaborate. And to complete the amazing-ness of this sweater it has a loose honeycomb style pattern.

As mentioned above, this sweater works perfectly with leggings so I wore them of course! I wore my favorite black leggings from Nordstrom Rack. Seriously, they are the best leggings in the world. And what goes great with leggings? Over-the-knee boots of course! The leggings and OTK boots created a very sleek look in my opinion. I finished the look with wreath studs for the holidays and my new Coach crossbody bag I got for Christmas which I will post all about tomorrow so be on the look out for that.

I really love this sweater and it’s perfect for a night out to dinner (which is where I was going in these pictures) or any outing where you want to dress up just a bit.
