Mixed Media Ruffles

If you keep up with fashion and style then you probably know that blue & white are huge this summer. I always think of blue & white in the summer since it is so nautical, but this year it seems to be even more prominent. I have definitely partaken in this trend and while most of the looks you’ll see are striped, today I’m sharing a mixed media ruffle top featuring a pretty, blue swirl design. Side note – ruffles are also having a huge moment this year.

If you didn’t already know, mixed media pieces are just what they sound like – pieces with mixed materials and/or textures. The majority of this top is made of this smooth material featuring this blue and white print all over including on the ruffles. Across the top in the front and the back is a mesh/netting material hence the mixed media.

The ruffles are so fun and I think this top is so sweet looking for a nice summer day!
