Green Velvet Embroidered Dress

Today I’m sharing one last look I shot with Lauren Ashley Photography last month. It’s the last look I’m sharing from that day, but was actually the first outfit I wore that day. This green velvet, embroidered dress has such beautiful details. I knew I wanted to get this dress professionally photographed to capture the rich colors and details.

It was a pretty chilly day when we shot these photos in March, so I decided to wear taupe over-the-knee boots with the dress. It helps to make the dress cold weather and day time friendly.

This dress is such amazing quality and has a good weight to it. The embroidery is stunning and the colors in it really pop against the green velvet. The tassels are such a nice touch to the dress too. Another great piece from Red Dress Boutique – I’m telling you, I have yet to be disappointed by something I’ve bought from them!

I love how these photos turned out and shooting with Lauren was so much fun. I can’t wait to shoot with her again!
