Last week was the last Friday of the month, which means I could wear jeans to work. Isn’t it funny how the smallest thing like being allowed to dress down to work can make you happy? So for my dress down day I wore jeans (obviously) and my green buffalo check half zip pullover.
I wore it a little bit differently to work than how I wore it here for photos in my restyling. Last time I wore this top on the blog I wore it with dark grey pants and paired it with my cobalt blue crossbody bag. This time I front tucked it, wore it with jeans, and a gold coin layered necklace.
Top: J.Crew | Jeans: Express | Necklace: Vici | Boots: Coach and Four via DSW (here)
The gold coin layered necklace is the perfect touch to this top since it is a half zip. It peeks right through the opening. I also loved pairing this look with my new brown riding boots. I didn’t wear the boots to work last Friday because I was running late and couldn’t be bothered trying to tuck my jeans into my boots (!) but I love the look.
Everything here, except for my boots, are old so I’ve linked to similar items and my exact boots!
