Browned Butter Honey Garlic Shrimp
In a shrimp mood? I have another easy shrimp recipe for you that I found on Pinterest a few years ago. As I often do, I follow the original recipe and just modify it for how many people I’m serving.
For this recipe you’ll need:
- lemon juice
- soy sauce
- chopped parsley
First, melt butter in your pan. Once it’s melted and the butter turns a golden brown color add in the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, and garlic. Stir to combine, then remove half of the butter mixture. Cook the shrimp in your pan in the half of the butter mixture that is left in the pan. Pour in the remaining butter mixture and make sure the shrimp are all coated. Serve with some fresh chopped parsley and lemon wedges – both optional. I did not use lemon wedges here.
