Girls Crafting Day: Beaded Plant

Over the weekend my friends who I’ve been doing the girls crafting days with came over for lunch and to make beaded plants! We’d all been seeing all the videos and things for months and decided to try it out ourselves. I thought it would be our trickiest and most time consuming craft so far (so far we’ve done Ugly Christmas Wreath Sweaters, heart garland, and pressed flower bookmarks) but it actually wasn’t too difficult and took us less time than some of the others!

I made pickle dip (it’s viral for a reason and I get the hype!), chocolate chip cookies, and ordered pizza. After we ate and caught up we started making our little beaded plants!

They turned out so cute! The little planters were a good choice because I think I would’ve gotten tired trying to make all the beaded wire strands for a larger planter. I wish the beads I bought were a little more crystal/sparkly looking but I’m happy with these too and how it turned out.

Until the next craft day!
