Yellow Floral Shift Dress

Today I’m sharing this gorgeous yellow floral dress I got from ASOS earlier in the fall. I was going to wear it to my fall photoshoot (see look #1 here) but then I changed my mind because I thought it would be tricky to change in/out of in my car. The yellow is so bright and cheery – I love it! The all-over floral print is so pretty and there are ruffle details at the shoulder too.

When I wore this dress to work last month it was still warm enough that I could go bare legged, so I wore brown slouchy boots, a white and gold watch and that’s it.

The ruffle detail at the shoulder is such a nice touch, but honestly I would love this dress with or without it – it’s just that pretty. There’s elastic above the wrists on the sleeves to offer a little flare which I think is such a nice detail that is not very common, but much appreciated.

The bright color and floral print just makes me happy!
