Patterned Off-the-Shoulder
I’ve mentioned before that I’m a fan of the off-the-shoulder or cold shoulder trend and you’ll be seeing it on me again this weekend in a jewelry post. But before that, let me share a patterned off-the-shoulder dress with you that I got as a gift last fall and never got to wear until recently. If you live in the northeast (of the US) like me, then you know it gets cold real quick in the fall. One day you can be fine with jeans and a t-shirt and the next you’ve got the seat warmers on in your car. So, I wasn’t able to wear this dress back when I got it but wore it a few weeks ago to lunch (back when I went to Destination Dogs).
Dress: American Eagle | Shoes: Mix No. 6 via DSW
The keyhole in the front has a tie and also three hook & eye closures so you can adjust the size of the keyhole to your preference and comfort level in terms of the look and the amount of cleavage you want to show.
This dress fits perfectly into the boho mood I sometimes feel myself in. Pairing the dress with my gladiator sandals added a bit of an edgier look. I love that the pattern isn’t too big or bold but sweet and simple. The floral detailing on the hem and the sleeves is all the big print the dress needs.
I’ll be back later today with a beauty post, but in the meantime have you seen my latest YouTube video that went live yesterday? Check it out here!

I like how you chose the Roman sandals to go with this boho off-the-shoulder dress! Very summery and boho chic! Meanwhile.., I’m all about the comeback of the ’90s:
