Pink & Green Floral Dress

Yesterday, I went to in to the city for a New York Fashion Week event to celebrate the launch of an upcoming fashion app. I was so on the fence about going, but I’m glad I did go and got out of my comfort zone. If you saw my Instagram stories yesterday you got to see some of the event. I’ll be writing all about it later in the week!

But today’s post is about this dress with a beautifully vibrant pink and green floral print and ruffle detailing. I love the pops of hot pink against the green. I wore it with pink ankle strap block heel sandals.

These photos were taken during my Asbury Park photoshoot with Lauren for a fun summer look, but I think it can work for early fall too with a denim jacket.

The shades of green and the pink in this dress just make me happy! The sort of peplum detail is so pretty too and really adds so much character to this dress. It’s hard to see, but I’m wearing pink stud earrings in these photos. I don’t remember where they’re from though – maybe Target? And finally, my heels are a favorite of mine and so comfortable. I wore them over the summer to my friend’s wedding and danced in them all night! The heels lean more purple in the pink spectrum, but they still went well with this dress.
