Cropped Striped Jumpsuit

If you’ve been following my blog for a while then you know I love jumpsuits. Although my love for jumpsuits is nothing new I’ve never worn a jumpsuit to work – until last week that is! I realized that some jumpsuits are definitely appropriate for me to wear to work if styled correctly and who doesn’t want to feel like they’re wearing pajamas at work?

This jumpsuit has cropped legs and brown and black stripes. Well, I think it’s black – in some lights it looks a little navy! There are buttons down the front and pockets as well. The straps are adjustable which is always nice. Since it’s low cut, I wore a lace bandeau underneath and for work I wore a black cardigan with it.

I love the stripes in this jumpsuit and the thin tie at the waist helps cinch the waist a bit and tie it all together. It also helps to break up the stripes even though the tie is also striped. The cropped legs is a nice style and looks good especially since they are wide-legged.

I finished off the look with my black mules from Target that have gold hardware on top. The black and gold combo works great with the jumpsuit.

This look has totally inspired me to wear another jumpsuit to work next week!
