Striped Gauze Shorts

I hate shorts that are uncomfortable, too short, too tight, and so on. So when I find shorts that check all the boxes – are comfortable, aren’t too tight, don’t feel like your butt is hanging out – I tend to get them in multiple colors. These striped gauze material shorts with a smock waist are those kind of shorts. I got them in this black & white stripe and in a solid black because they’re that good – plus I got them on sale for like $9.

These shorts are flowy and comfortable – hello elastic waist – and so easy to dress up or down. I wore the striped ones here with a solid blue v-neck tee but you could easily dress it up with a lace top or bodysuit or with a solid top like this and just add accessories like a statement necklace.

I’m really loving how comfortable and stylish these shorts are. It’s also a huge plus that they can be dressed in so many ways. And guess what? Oh! And my first day back to work/school yesterday went smoothly. Nothing chaotic or crazy. Now today I have my final walkthrough at my condo before my closing tomorrow. Fingers crossed everything goes well and there are no surprises or setbacks!
