I’ve been making crinkle cookies for a few years now, but I decided to try to make a red velvet version yesterday! These are a great little twist to the classic cookie and also perfect for Valentine’s Day next week.
I followed this recipe that I found via Pinterest.
I followed the recipe (linked above) and the only thing I did differently is that I chose not to dip in the confectioner’s sugar twice.
They turned out great and delicious! I think next time I would add just a little more red food coloring.
