Brown & Pink Floral

How was your Halloween? If you saw my Instagram stories then you know I bought two bags of candy from Costco and I was hoping that I got trick or treaters or else I’d have a ton of candy left over. There are a lot of families and kids in my development but you never know if they go out trick or treating or not. At first it was really slow, but eventually I was getting nonstop kids and in groups. I went through 1 and 3/4 bags of the assorted candy from Costco! It was hard to get anything done because I was constantly having to answer the door. But the kids were all nice and I’m glad I don’t have a ton of candy left over.

Anyway, back to today’s post. Brown and pink are not the most obvious color combo when I think about it. However, I didn’t realize how good they look together! I love the colors in this floral top and the tassel ties are the perfect detail. I love that one is pink and one is brown! The color combo makes this floral print so fall appropriate.

The top is low cut with the ruffle detailing so I wore a pink, lace trimmed tank top underneath that went perfectly with the colors in the top. I paired the top with jeans that have a frayed hem and my rose gold mules.

I love this outfit. It’s perfect for a mild fall day. The details are really the star of this outfit – the floral print, the tassels, the ruffles, the frayed hem of the jeans, etc.
