Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate! It’s hard for me to believe that it’s already Thanksgiving (and the day is almost over at that) time. Time really does fly. As always, I’m thankful for my family and friends near and far and all the wonderful things in my life. This year, as it is my first year of blogging, I am also grateful for all of you! All of the people who take the time to read my posts and visit my little corner of the Internet from all over the country and even all around the world – you really are amazing! It means so much to me and I’m truly thankful.

I thought I’d end this evening’s post with my Thanksgiving OOTD.

I’m wearing your run of the mill brown leggings to make the look extra fall-like. The dress is 3/4 cuffed sleeves, but I tend to get cold in the house – plus I went to see Mockingjay at lunch time (my thoughts on that coming soon!) so I wanted to be warmer. Plaid just screams fall to me and the shirt dress is such a loose silhouette that it makes for the perfect outfit when you’re planning on eating a lot!
