Pearl Embellished Chambray Dress

I love chambray because it is so soft and buttery to the touch. It’s got the look of denim but is so much softer and more comfortable. I saw some people getting in to the whole denim dress trend in the spring, which I thought was cute but I didn’t know how comfortable it would be. But when I saw this chambray dress with pearl embellishments I knew it would be comfy! The pearl embellishments are spread out and pretty simple – they just add a touch of elegance to this summer dress. But perhaps the real star of this piece is the ruffled back!

The ruffle detailing in the back is everything, right?! So pretty! The dress has sort of a swing dress structure so it’s really comfortable and not form fitting. I paired it with my embellished slides from Express and loved the whole look!

The ruffles, simple embellishments, and slides really make this otherwise plain chambray dress really feminine and classy.
