Restyled: Lace Kimono
Did you guys watch last night’s Game of Thrones season finale?! So many things to talk about! But you’ll have to wait for my thoughts on the season in tomorrow’s post so I can compose all my thoughts. Plus it gives the people who didn’t get to watch it on time a chance to watch before they accidentally read my spoilers!
For today’s post though, I’m sharing my restyling of this lace kimono that I first wore on here 2 years ago. In that post I wore this fringed lace kimono with a floral romper and I absolutely loved that pairing. But this time I wore it with denim shorts and a teal tee. This is the 2nd of 3 looks I shot with my professional photographer friend. If you missed the first one, you can see it (here). I’m actually going in order and this was the 2nd look I changed in to for the photoshoot. If you remember from my post about my first outfit (the floral maxi romper) it was super humid and hot that day. I was already sweating by the end of the 1st outfit and then I had to go to my car and change in to this one. I was slightly worried that sweat was going to show up on my t-shirt! Thankfully, it did not!

I loved the contrast of the delicate lace and the denim shorts. The teal is a nice pop of color too! I love this casual look and the photos turned out great!
