8 of My Auto-Buy Authors

There are some authors that you like some of their books and aren’t crazy about some of their others. And then there are some authors that you just love every single thing they write. Off the top of my head, I can think of 8 auto-buy authors for me. There are probably more, but these are authors that I’ve read all of or a good number of their works and loved them so much that I would not hesitate to buy their books and/or even pre-order books by them.

• Sarah J. Maas – Of course, she’d be on the list! I’ve read all of her published books (A Court of Thorns & Roses series, Throne of Glass series, and Crescent City series) and I will read any and all of her future books.
• Ana Huang – There are a few books by Ana Huang I haven’t read yet. She had a series that came out before the Twisted series that I haven’t read yet. I think they may have been indie published, but I’m not certain. I have read the whole Twisted series and all the Kings of Sin books that are out.
• Lucy Score – I adore Lucy Score so much. I haven’t read all of her books, but I’ve read a lot of them! I’ve read her whole Knockemout series, I’m halfway through her ongoing Riley Thorn series, and I’ve read a handful of her standalones like Worst Best Man, Forever Never, Maggie Moves On and more. I definitely need to read more of her backlist and will read anything she publishes.
• Mariana Zapata – I have read almost all of her books. I think I just have 2 or 3 left. She is the slow burn queen of my heart and I can’t wait for her next release. Some of my favorites are Wall of Winnipeg & Me, All Rhodes Lead Here, Wait for It, Under Locke, and basically everything else I’ve read by her!
• Emily Henry – Emily Henry books just always get me in my feels and I love them. I believe I’ve read all of her books. If I remember correctly she may have a book that is co-written and YA that I haven’t read, but I’m don’t remember for sure. My favorite might be her latest – Funny Story, but I’m not sure!
• Lynn Painter – I will write anything Lynn Painter writes for all time. She brilliantly writes YA romcoms and adult romcoms. I love that she can write both so amazingly well! The banter is always top notch in her books. My favorite YA by here is Better than the Movies and my favorite adult by her is Mr. Wrong Number but you really can’t go wrong with any of her books!
• Meghan Quinn – I have read a lot of Meghan Quinn books, but she writes so many and releases so many each year that I have a lot left to read! I have read her Royally Not Ready series, her Cane Brothers series, all the Vancouver Agitators books that are currently out, 2 of her Almond Bay books, her Christmas novella. There may be one or two that I’m forgetting, but anyway you can clearly tell I love her hilarious books and will continue to read all of her new books and read her backlist.
• Elle Kennedy – My spicy, hockey romance queen! The Off-Campus series will always be near and dear to my heart. I’ve read almost all of her books, but she has a Navy Seal series from before Off-Campus that I haven’t read and she has co-written some books under a different name before that I haven’t read. But I’ve read most of her books – the whole Off-Campus series, the Briar U series, all the books that are out for her Prep series, her Avalon Bay series, Girl Abroad, and the two Campus Diaries books that are out so far.

These are all authors I love and will never stop reading! There are a lot more authors I really love as well, but these are the first ones I think of that I have loved every single thing I’ve read of theirs.
